NISSAN GT-R FACELIFT 2016 HOMOLOGATED EXHAUSTS

Every Tubi Style Exhaust with valve has been ECE homologated, and fits perfectly on standard systems. Tubi Style proposes two muffler solutions, with different main pipes diameter. Both solutions fit on OE Y pipe:

76 mm diameter (3″) rear exhaus main pipe

ALL NISSAN GT-R MODELS  CENTRAL “Y” PIPES

Central “Y” pipes connect catalytic converters to the rear exhaust. Tubi Style product permits to upgrade the sound and the performances of the car. The “Y” is connected to the catalytic converters trough a flexi element: this expensive technical solution permits to decouple front exhaust system vibrations from rear Exhaust, with a significant reliability improvement.

The central Y pipes with 76 mm diameter must be used only with 76 mm diameter  rear exhaust (every Tubi Style TSNIGTRC17.000 and TSNIGTRC17.091 muffler version).

ALL NISSAN GT-R MODELS CATALYTIC CONVERTER SOLUTIONS

These kit must be used with a central Y pipes with a 76 mm diameter Tubi Style p.n. TSNIGTRC17.033.A, or inside the special exhaust line NISSAN GT-R 1,000 cv.

The catalytic converter is a 100 cells version. To remove or substitute the OE catalytic converters is forbidden and illegal in California and other countries. It may cause the check engine light on.

NISSAN GT-R MODELS STARTING FROM 2007 – NO VALVE EXHAUST

Tubi Style no valve exhaust can be mounted on every GT-R first and after than 2016 facelift. After 2016, the valve removal will cause Check Engine Light on, and the workshop should manage this case.  “No valve” exhausts are not TUV homologated and not street legal.
